REF Neutral Fixing Fluid is the final, neutral-pH fixing step of REF Stockholm's Curly Perm system, applied after the perm solution has been rinsed out to fix and stabilise the new curl pattern in the hair.

This is a hazardous professional chemical product for salon use only. Perm-fixing/neutralising fluids of this type are typically mild oxidising formulas and can cause skin and eye irritation or allergic reactions in sensitised individuals. Patch test 48 hours beforehand, wear gloves, avoid eye contact, keep away from bleach or other oxidising products, and rinse immediately with plenty of water if it contacts skin or eyes.
