REF Weightless Volume Refreshing Mousse is a dry, leave-in mousse from REF Stockholm designed to extend the time between washes for fine or thin hair. It's built around organic grapefruit extract and quinoa protein, and REF markets it as 100% vegan and free of parabens and sulphates. Rather than covering odour, it's formulated to absorb oil and lift the roots, giving hair a refreshed, fuller feel.
It's best suited to fine-to-normal hair that loses volume between wash days, applied to dry or towel-dried hair rather than rinsed out.

How to use
Shake well before use. Apply to dry or towel-dried hair and massage through until evenly distributed. Do not rinse; blow-dry to finish.
