ProPlex 02 Perfector
Sold by Possumus SIA
REF ProPlex 02. Perfector is the second, in-salon rinse-out step of REF's ProPlex bond-building system, applied after rinsing out bleach or colour (mixed with ProPlex 01. Bonder) to continue rebuilding the hair's bonds and restore softness and manageability before the service is finished. Sold in 500ml.
Perfector is a rinse-out conditioning treatment rather than an oxidative product, so its hazard profile is much lower than the colour, developer or bleach-plus-Bonder steps that precede it — but it should still be used as directed, kept out of the eyes, and not applied to broken or irritated skin. As with any professional treatment containing fragrance and preservative ingredients, anyone with known sensitivities should patch test first.

Composition
Per an authorised REF retailer's published ingredient list for ProPlex 02 Perfector: Aqua (Water), Cetearyl Alcohol, Glycerin, Sodium Methoxy PEG-16 Maleate/Styrene Sulfonate Copolymer, Cetyl Alcohol, Behentrimonium Chloride, Cetrimonium Chloride, Imidazolidinyl Urea, Parfum (Fragrance), Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter) Extract — the published list appears to be truncated at source. Conditioning agents (behentrimonium/cetrimonium chloride, shea butter) provide slip and softness while the maleate/styrene sulfonate copolymer continues the bond-building process started by the Bonder.
How to use
After rinsing out the bleach/colour-plus-Bonder mixture, apply ProPlex 02 Perfector generously to towel-dried hair, comb through, leave for approximately 5–10 minutes (or as specified for the colour/lightening service used), then rinse thoroughly.
