Fluid Regulator
Vendido por Possumus SIA
REF Fluid Regulator is an alkaline perm-processing solution from REF Stockholm's Curly Perm system, formulated with plant-based keratin ('Fision KeraVeg18') and aloe vera to help support hair structure and scalp comfort. It is designed to fine-tune processing across hair types — thick/resistant, normal, fine/thin, previously coloured (20–40 volume) or highlighted hair — and REF recommends a Pro Plex pre-treatment first on compromised hair.
This is a hazardous professional chemical product for salon use only. As an alkaline processing solution used alongside a thioglycolate-based perm lotion, it can cause skin and eye irritation and, in sensitised individuals, allergic reactions. Patch test 48 hours beforehand, wear protective gloves, work in a ventilated area, avoid eye contact and scalp with cuts or irritation, and rinse immediately with water if it contacts skin or eyes.
